I’m always somehow reluctant to report a maintenance problem. I know the staff is quite busy. If I can fix something, I will. But I’ve never been disappointed with the timely response, the caring attitude and the professionalism of the maintenance staff. In the 3 years since moving in I’ve never regretted my decision to live here.

I submitted a ticket online and within 10 mins one of the guys was over here! The whole staff here is great. They even painted my front screen door cuz there was a little rust on the bottom and I did not even mention anything about it previously. Looks great by the way! Thank You.

Great All Around

I have lived here for over three years and here are all the great things about Imperial Gardens: 1. Great neighbors! Residents are friendly, respectful and quiet (especially late hours) 2. Grounds are well kept and common areas are always in great shape 3. The Pool and Spa area is just as nice as a fancy resort hotel. And again, residents are friendly and respectful 4. Maintenance is top notch! Usually resolved same day as reported even for non critical issues. I work from home, thus maintenance enters my apartment while I am there. They are quick and professional. Highly recommend!

Imperial Gardens is a wonderful place to call home.

Will be starting my 4th year in February. Living here at Imperial Gardens is wonderful. Looking forward to another year here. The Office staff and Maintenance team are top notch. This complex is every bit a beautiful as it appears on the web sites which is seldom the case. The Leasing staff is always available to my needs. The maintenance staff is responsive to my request for service. The people I've met at the pool, make it feel like a real community. I love living here.

I have lived at imperial gardens for 6 years now. The office staff is great. Kala in the office bust her but on taking calls and making sure Everything is in place. Anytime I have a maintenance issue the guys are there to fix any issues. I wish the complex would put in a area where we can wash and vacuum are cars.

Fantastic!

Imperial Gardens is great place to live. It’s quiet and the rent is a great price for quality you get. The property is beautiful as well as the swimming pool. Laundry rooms are always cleaned and maintained. Staff provides 5* service as well. I would highly recommend Imperial Gardens!

A great place to live

I lived here for 10 years, then left for several years, then came back 10 years later when I was looking for an apartment. A great place to live. Excellent location. Great Staff. Grounds are kept up. My neighbors are friendly. I love this place!

Refrigerator

My refrigerator starting acting up and I put in a work order maintenance was her within the hour and cam to the conclusion that I needed a new one. They ordered it and it was installed the next morning. Great job and thank you. This place ROCKS!!!

Staff

Office staff are in the ball, they are friendly and go the extra mile to make you happy. Maintenance team is very nice and do a great job, they clean up there mess and are considerate about your home. Only thing I wish they had here is a car wash area, if you have a spot under the tree the birds and squirrels crap on your car or the pollen from the oaks just drives my NUTS. Great place to live!!!

A cozy and lovely place to live!

This is a fantastic area, everything you could ever need is close by - nice grocery stores, schools, banks, etc. The apartment itself is cute and specious enough for me at a fair price. The green space that is shared between the buildings is definitely one of the major perks here as well. The staff and maintenance workers are wonderful! They are very prompt when something is needed and have good attitudes. I have been very happy so far!

Great everything

I love living here. My neighbors are extremely friendly, amazing atmosphere, & the staff is wonderful. I’ve never had a problem. This is what home should feel like.

Imperial Gardens

I have lived at imperial gardens for almost two years. February 2018 will be two years. I moved here because when i looked around for a apartment this complex was clean and grounds well kept. I made my decision based on talking to a couple of residents i spoke with when i was walking the property. Leasing staff was nice and professional. I moved in and my apartment was ready when i arrived with new carpet, paint and clean. If i have a maintenance issue they are here usually the same day. Remember the are busy and take work orders on emergency basis, the way it should be. Jessie the property manager is great on following up on issues. She holds her staff to a high standard of professionalism. Thanks for everything thing you do for us.

complex in General

I just moved in on Friday the 12th of February, Apartment staff had my apartment ready for me to me in and also had a few house warming gifts to welcome me, that was a nice touch. The complex gave me 4hrs of movers at no cost,WOW that saved me 400 dollars. Complex grounds from what i see so far is kept really clean. Only thing that i think needs to be done is the Breezeways out side your door on the 1st and 2nd floors need to be blow off once a month. I noticed a lot of webs and dust and dirt on the breezeways. Other then that i would recommend Imperial Gardens to a friend.

Life at Imperial Gardens

Hello Fellow Residents of Imperial Gardens! I just want to share w/ you how grateful and happy I am here at Imp. Gardens. The staff is so kind and the maintenance team is johnny-on-the-spot every time. I LOVE the privacy you get because the walls are concrete block instead of just drywall; and the cross breeze is AMAZING when FLA is generous to provide one! I have been here 2&1/2 yrs and have always felt SAFE!!! I love our complex and the pool/spa area is simply heaven. I wanna give a shout out to Jessie, Kelsey, Steve, Robert, and Dennis who are always on top of things to keep this place functional, pristine, and safe. I love you guys!!!
